- Cancellation Policy: NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE
INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER,
If Cancellations Are Made 30 Days Before The Start Date Of The
Trip, 50% Of The Trip Cost Will Be Charged As Cancellation Fees.
If Cancellations Are Made 15-30 Days Before The Start Date Of
The Trip, 75% Of The Trip Cost Will Be Charged As Cancellation
Fees.
If Cancellations Are Made Within 0-15 Days Before The Start Date
Of The Trip, 100% Of The Trip Cost Will Be Charged As
Cancellation Fees.
In The Case Of Unforeseen Weather Conditions Or Government
Restrictions, Certain Activities May Be Canceled And In Such
Cases, The Operator Will Try His Best To Provide An Alternate
Feasible Activity.However, No Refund Will Be Provided For The
Same.

Popular Places.
- Terms and Conditions
Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip
begins. Pending payments may eventually lead to the cancellation
of the trip. Slots will be confirmed only after receipt of full
payment. No refunds shall be made for any inclusion(s) not
availed by the client.
The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall
be entertained without a valid government ID. The transfer of
the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the
time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
The organizers reserve the right to evict any camper anytime
without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules.
ATE | All Terrain Expeditions is not responsible for your
whereabouts or safety if you are outside the campsite premises.
Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows,
mattresses, or any property belonging to the campsite will be
subject to full payment of the product's MRP.
Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are not allowed on this
tour, and management would not be responsible for any person
found guilty under Indian law.
Travelers must take care of their luggage and belongings. The
management shall not be accountable for missing items along the
tour.
The time of departure is stated and fixed. All travelers must
update their status with the trip coordinator(s) and report at
the pickup point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
The air conditioning will be switched off in the hills. During
the trip, it shall be the driver's discretion to turn off the AC
as and when required, considering the travelers' safety and ease
of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.
Our time of departure is fixed, and we must depart by the stated
time. Travelers must keep their status updated with the trip
coordinator(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for
any refunds. We shall call you twice before the scheduled
departure.
Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due
to health and safety concerns. Our tours involve physically
demanding activities such as trekking and camping at high
altitudes, and we recommend you be in the right shape to make
the most of them.

prohibit the utilization of narcotics and banned substances
during the tours and would not be responsible for any
adversities related to the same.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure
on sickness, accidents, or losses incurred due to theft or other
reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions, the
physical ability of participants, etc., may bring alterations to
the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes to
the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general
well-being!

Same Amount For The Same Trek Or Another Trek In The Next 365
Days From The Trek Departure Date. If A Trek Or Trip Cannot Be
Completed Due To Natural Calamity/Unforeseen Circumstances Like
Rain, Snowfall, Earthquake, Landslides, Strike, Bandh, Etc. No
Refund Would Be Provided. Any Extra Expense Coming Due To Any
Natural Calamity/Unforeseen Circumstances Like Rain, Snowfall,
Earthquake, Landslides, Strike, Bandh, Etc., Will Be Borne By
The Customer. The Company Will Not Be Liable.
